He was a little newer but was honest about that and when I had a question he couldn't answer he found the answer for me. He was helpful but not pushy. My delivery also went great. They showed up about an hour into my 3 hour time slot. They were friendly and efficient and set up the furniture exactly where I wanted it and removed the garbage.
