  Excellent store. Outstanding customer service. They were so friendly and helpful to get me what I was looking for. And I didn't feel that they took advantage of me. They were very patient with me and I am very happy with the service. I picked up a pair of psb speakers and a psb sub. Will definitely go back should I need anything else.

  I am going to simply state, that typically people that are not beyond versed in the two channel or Audiophile world are generally treated very well. When I came into Holm, I was ready to dive into 2 channel audio head first, and I had the best experience at this store. Neil, is beyond versed and extremely accommodating, as was the Graham. Both of them seemed concerned about my purchased, or more importantly my satisfaction. Who does not like a policy where you can return and exchange an item if you are not satisfied. Beyond that, they simply were accommodating and that is something lacking in our current society of freaks. Holm is a great place to start regardless of what you are doing in audio. They also know what they are talking about in this industry. Stop in.
