  Went to buy scotchgard and spent 15 minutes walking around looking for it. I asked a gentleman if he knew where it was, but he was a vendor not an employee. Finally found an employee and she sent me to the opposite side of the store. Walked around for another 5-10 minutes. No employees anywhere to be found. Finally find an employee and sends me back to the other side of the store. I end up looking up the product on the website to find it in isle 32c. Very poor customer service and lack of employees.

  Went here because our cell phone died and it was eight months old. Employee said there was no warranty. Sold my husband a new phone. I read the info and for warranty information, I was referred to the manufacturer website. Per website, phone covered with an one year warranty. Then the employee actually said that the warranty period started when Target received the product! Website said it starts when customer purchases it! We demanded a refund. Since she activated the phone we wasted over an hour! She didn't even apologize for her actions.
